I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Thanks. I removed and reapplied power, but I don’t see HomeKit as an option in the Device Info section for my base station. I looked at the Quick Start guide and there’s no QR code for HomeKit. Any other options?

I’ve powered down base station (disconnected from power supply), and HomeKit is still not showing as an option under Device Info when I reconnect.

Working now. Took additional step not covered in the materials provided in Arlo community library/forum. Needed to go to app settings on iPhone to allow Arlo app access to Apple Home.
HomeKit then appeared as an available option under Device Info.

Hello could you please send a reset token? I am not able to reconnect my smart hub to HomeKit after replacing the router.
Thank you very much
