Removed and re-added camera. Camera doesn't work without subscritpion.

One of my cameras stopped working 10 days back. I've removed and added again now neither camera works without a subscription. The support model states that the paid subscription plans arent required for Arlo Pro but now I have a bunch of useless hardware. I've only got the two cameras so sit well within the 5 camera limit as stated on the Arlo site.
Can anyone assist with this? Have tried reaching out to support but having issues even logging a ticket without the paid subscription! Its all gone a bit crazy - even trying to post this is a poor user experience! Whats with the selective lables!?

Can't say what started your problems but I'd remove everything from Settings, My Devices and then would start fresh. Claim the base and then sync the cameras normally. Note all settings, modes, rules, etc. before doing this to speed the rebuild. No subscription is needed (and isn't needed to use the Contact Support link below here).
