Ok, I have two sets of Arlo cameras, one very old one and another, a new one.
I am 1,500 miles away from the newer one that failed. It was suggested I unplug and replug in the AC adapter. I see on the older one I can reset this by pressing RESTART on the program but... I do not see this button on the new one. Anyone help?

If the base/hub is offline, the Restart button in its settings won't be there - it has to be online for that to work.
In the future, you may want to install a WiFi-enabled switch to plug the base/hub into. That way, you can access the switch remotely to turn power off and back on. That won't fix a faulty device but frequently allows the power cycle to fix whatever was causing the offline issues.
If someone has access to the device, they could pull power and reconnect it for you.
