I subscribed to Arlo Secure to get my cameras to record however I didn't receive the 16-digit service code. How do I go about getting this code or getting my cameras to record? Apparently, there is no such thing as Arlo live support or any possible what to contact them.

Where did you purchase the subscription through? Can you provide a receipt so I can look into this further? You can DM that to me if you have it available.
