Just noticed that several of the recordings do not match the programmed record time, which is 30seconds on both my cameras.
The difference is +/- 15s. Anyone else notice this?

Try power cycling the base. Recording time differences happen but obviously aren't supposed to. Short ones can be due to any dropout of connectivity between the camera and server but certainly not for longer than requested videos.

This worked. I actually shut everything down from the base to the cable modem and recharged all my cameras to full power. when everything was turned back on - it worked perfectly.

If you haven't seen an update for the base, why would you say the "base firmware is bricked" ?
