iPhone 6+ running iOS 11.4.1
Latest version of arlo app 2.5.4
Push to talk isn't working. No sound comes out of cameras.
I know there are multiple posts on this. The answer is usually update the app, but mine's up to date.

The sound quality is very poor . i can here them perfectly but the output on speaker is weak and muffled on mine. The person cant understand what im saying. Tried holding phone further away. I think its just low quality speaker. They worked fine for a few months. Now i cant use the push to talk

Is the speaker volume all the way up on your camera? You can check this by logging in to your Arlo account and navigating to Settings > My Devices > select the desired camera > Audio Settings > adjust the speaker volume slider.

I just checked that and yes, the volume was already up to 100%.

I have a similar problem. I use the microphone on the phone to talk through the camera, but it comes out of the speakers barely audible and there is a huge delay. Maybe 5-10 seconds.
All volumes are at max.

Mine hasnt worked since may. Barely hear it and cant understand anything. You can hear them but they cant hear or understand you
