I have the Arlo Pro with 3 cameras. Ive had it since last Tuesday and it will not record anything. Video is set up Audio is set up I get notifications of motion but there is never a recording. any suggestions?

Can you live view and manually record from there? Have you checked to verify that the active mode is not Disarmed? Do you have a subscription to Arlo Smart?

I can view live can not record anything. I only have the 3 month free trial at this time.

What about the active mode? Use the Mode selection, click on your base and see what mode is checked.

You can try removing and resyncing the camera to see if that helps or use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to see what they say.
