Pro - seeing the plug icon, not battery icon

When plugged in with the battery inside, I am seeing the plug icon, not battery icon. This is with the battery inside.

This is after restarting hub, deleting and reinstalling the app, and re-syncing the camera multiple times.

Are you saying that you aren't seeing one of these?

No I am not seeing either of those images. I am seeing a plug icon with two prongs pointing up.

That means the camera isn't seeing the battery as being installed. Does the camera work with only the battery connected (no AC power)? If not, check both the battery and camera connections to see if they're clean and not damaged.
