Pro library clips show on my computer but does not show on Arlo app phone? Receiving notifications.

I used to get library clips of activity on my driveway camera with my Arlo app (cellphone).  I still get notifications of movement, but no library of clips.  I checked my Arlo account on my desktop computer, and the library clips of the driveway activity shows up there.   Anybody have any issues with library clips NOT on your cell phone Arlo app, but shows up on your account in the desktop computer?   I did add an Arlo doorbell, and library clips do show up on my Arlo app/cellphone.  Just not my camera (wired) on the driveway.  Any help is appreciated.

You can check that you don't have any filters selected in the library on app and since you get the recordings on web page it seems to be recording.
