I have been in discussion with Arnold chat but was completely cut off.my arlo pro died on me no lights or anything .completely useless now..I understand that with one year warranty...should be 5 on the camera..I was offered a 30 percent discount on a new one..on the chat..but now I must call them physically..well its very upsetting to be offered 30 percent then be told I must call them ..I don't have U.S. calling on my phone..I totally think they just want to get rid of you and not find solutions to your problems..ignorant totally..they could have a number for Canada...I'm sure arlo is sold in Canada.

Sorry to tell you , warranty has always been a year on hardware...
better than some companies that offers 90 day , like many with electronics .

Open the battery door and check the ribbon cable from the usb port.
Where the cable bends, i bet its is broken or at least split. Let me know what you find.

If it's the ribbon cable, you can still charge the battery in another camera or use the external charging station. The cable provides only charging. I would try a known good, freshly charged battery before declaring the camera dead.
