1 out 5 camera with broken motion detection. it got stucked in recording (orange light on) and stopped working. i have done allthe trouble shooting. please send replacement. i only had it for 1year. not good for your company

Not knowing what you have done other than "all troubleshooting"...
Pull battery, replace. Then use remove device for camera to delete and reboot base via the power button ( off-on ) then bring camera back as new ; add device

hello mr Guru! i've done it about 324 times and still no luck. please send me a replacement. Arlo should not have issues with sensor after couple of months
