Arlo has a new program to review footage and activate live view. With the old system I could remotely reset cameras that went off line, this is a second home. Now I can’t do this. Contacting Arlo support they tell me I have to be WITH THE CAMERA to reset. Any help?? Very frustrating as I have had two of four cameras off line over a month and lose their areas.

No, it is impossible to remotely reset an off-line camera. Such a camera is not connected, so it is impossible to communicate with it.
What you could do is restart the base station (assuming that was on-line). That will sometimes bring the cameras back on-line. You can still do that by selecting the base station on the devices page.
