My arlo pro main unit power adopter is not working. As a replacement I m getting 12v & 2 amp adopter instead of 12v & 1.5 amp which was the existing one. Is it okay to use 2 amp? Will it harm my main unit?

It shouldn't ...the listed amops is what the unit can produce under load...the base should only draw what it needs
( as long ans its a regulated supply )
