Arlo Pro, Is it possible to get voice ability for shared person on the account? If so how?

Yes you can have the push-to-talk voice ability for shared person on the account. Make sure you have given the account admin rights. You can read more about it here: What privileges do my friends have when I grant them access rights in my Arlo account?
