Password worked on old app and website but won't work on new app

New App is Terrible. Arlo support is worse. Password worked on old App and Website wouldn’t work on New App. My phone Auto fills password so can’t type wrong. Reset my password through a link to the exact same one and then it worked...???. No Face ID in new app. Tried to contact support, put in all my info to chat. 4 of 5 tries nothing but blank page . 5th try said Chat unavailable lol. So I log in to account again to send email. After long explanation of issues I click send email. Get an error, email is unable to send with an error code. Disappointed in what was once a great product and app.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If you're still experiencing the issue, what phone device are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your phone device?
