Partner died - don't have access to login details

I find it incredibly rediculous that there is no live support.  The chat function also is abysmal on this site and for this company.  

 

My problem:

My husband passed away 3 years ago.  He had all account information directed to his email.  I am unable to obtain access to his email.  I am unable to login in now, 3 years later.  This has not been a problem until now.  I need phone support or other chat support to work so that I can access cameras on my house.  Help!

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
