Pairing Arlo Pro VMC4030 with VMB4000

I tried all of these troubleshooting options and still cannot sync your Arlo Wire-Free camera to your base station

+ Base Station VMB4000 looks good

- I have 2 new Web Cams included - no one is pairring.

Today I try this several times - as described by the community & forum 😞

I try on Monday to call with the support.

First, what are the LEDs showint on the base ( from the left )... the first two left most must be in green before you can move to camera syncing.

Next, when syncing, make sure it's a quick push on the base sync button ( dont hold ) the a sec or two later push the camera buttton
