Output on the two way audio not working

I have 3 of my 6 cameras will not work with output of the arlo camera it self. I will be in room and try to say something and hope what I said would come out of the camera, but it does not. I have had 3 sets of the cameras and all ended up doing the same thing. I need help with this because my mother is elderly and it helps us communicate  when she does not answer the phone. Please Help.

In the app, click the cog next to the camera in the Devices list. Click Audio Settings. Make sure both the camera microphone and speaker are set to On. Also ensure the app has access to your phone microphone
