Does anyone who has filled out the form already know if NG is paying for the return shipping?
Also, what good is a recall if NG has no alternative, no replacement product on offer?

Recalls are usually about safety and so consumers sometime have to wait for a replacement. Just look at what happened with the aribags where it took years for all of those to be replaced.

Then NG should buy back the cams at cost for customers who can only use them with the wired option outdoors.

and 2) fix IFTT and 3) fix the ticking noise with the cams. When do we get some respect? What does it take to get action from NG?

Been months since the FIRE issue was brought to NG's notice. Been months since they dragged their feet asking for people to return it. But where in the F is the replacement? How long does this s take to resolve?

Has anyone actually received the return label & package to return the charger for a refund fter submitting the request? It's been 3 weeks and nothing. I've got 2 chargers that are both crap.
