Hi Guys,
If someone from Arlo can help that would be great.
I purchased and paid for new Pro 5 cameras and the order is stuck as 'pending' . I'm located in Australia
Credit card was charged when i ordered, and i have contacted support who said it would be escalated to level 2 and they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours, but of course i have had no contact.
Please help solve this, and apologies if i have posted in the wrong section
