At night I usualy switch my Iphone to airplane mode, or do not distrub, or sometimes off completely. Howver since I now have the arlo system I wish to be notified of any alerts, but I do not wish to be woken by any calls / text messages / notifications from other apps etc. I cant seem to find a way to do this easily?

The only way I have been able to do it is to leave my phone on in normal mode, then go to settings / notifications and disable notifications from phone/messeneger/mail/other apps etc , but leave arlo on... a fairly complex and time consuming way to do this.

Is there a better solution here?

Can't lead you through an iOS setup but Android has a Do Not Disturb feature where you allow certain apps to ignore the setting. I believe iOS has a similar feature - have you checked into that?

As jguerdat mentioned........use Do Not Disturb....... or maybe just mute all sounds on your phone when you go to bed. This way, you don't hear the notifications, but when you wake up you'll see them in your notification center, so you don't miss anything important.

It's seems there is currently no iPhone feature available to exempt a specific application from either Silent or Do Not Disturb mode.

Unfortuantly muteing all sounds and viewing notifications when I wake up defeats the prupose of what I'm trying to do, We recently had someone attempt to enter our property at night, And I want to be woken and alerted as soon as the cameras detect anything, not watching it back in the morning.
