One of the 4 cameras is disconnected and won't reconnect. Took battery out and removed camera.

I believe the arlo 4pk i have is the Arlo Pro VMB4000

3 of the cameras work flawlessly. We didn't charge our 4th one and now it says its disconnected and wont reconnect.

I took battery out and charged it. The camera takes a charge but when i looked at the camera through the app, it says i must reconnect it but it wont reconnect.

This morning i removed the camera off the app to see if that would help but when i try to find the camera, it is unable to be found.

Please help

What does the camera LED do when inserting a battery as well as when trying to sync?
