One camera that I can not stop from activating on sound

I have one camera (A301997CA10AF) that I can not stop from activating on sound. I have turned off the Mic and speaker yet it still picks up and activists on sound.

Can you advise?

Have you looked at the camera rule, and made sure that audio detection is disabled?
