One camera showing offline when charging the battery

When I bought the Arlo cameras last week everything seemed to work good, set up was easy and the video feeds could be seen on the arlo website.  For some reason the one camera keeps saying it's offline when I've had the battery charging.  I took it near the base station to sync the camera up and still nothing.  I'm going to try and change the battery and see if that makes a difference.  Anyone have any suggestions?

P.S.  The cameras are nice but these batteries don't last very long, they seemed to always need charging.

Swap batteries between cam to see if the issue is the battery or the camera.

Poor battery life can be bad camera or battery, too much recording and live viewing or poor WiFi connections.
