One camera doesn't charge battery, other camera shows 0% battery

Hello,

unluckily I bought some Arlo crappy products.

I have 4 Arlo Pro and two bases.

My problems:

One camera doesn't charge the battery, I have to charge it in another camera and swap it

One camera says the battery is in zero, even if it is 100% charged on another camera

I am very close to throw everything in the garbage and pass to Nest or RING. 

WHat can I do?

Plus chat is not wotking, I get the blank scree from chrome, safari and iphone..
