Older videos

Hello all!
I started using arlo wireless cameras mid December 2017. Noticed all December and half January are not accessible on my Arlo library. Does it mean they are gone forever or stored somewhere? If stored how can I access them? I have 10 gigs of storage subscription.

It depends on your Service level...

Basic is 7 rolling days ( next two are paid and give 30 and 60 )

Rolling days are on day number 8, day number 1 vids are auto-deleted, day 9, deletes day 2, etc

The Pro series allows a usb backup drive but the original Arlo did not.... down loading any vids you want to keep is the best option
