Old App & New App installed - Only see base on old app

Hi all,

 

Question about the new app. I have the old and the new app on my phone and my tablet (both are androids) but can only see my base and cameras on the old app. I use the same login for both. I also can not see anything on my PC.

There seems to be an interaction between new and old apps if both are installed. Remove the old app and reinstall the new one.

 

As for the web, I have no problems. Give us details.

Thanks for replying to my post.

I uninstalled both apps and reinstalled the new app with no luck. Same issue. I still cant see my system.

The problem I am having with the new app and the pc are the same. I can use my login and open the app but can't see my system

If you can't see your devices in the Web Client device list, then you should contract support. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
