Please someone just connect to my camera and fix it I don't know what the heck is going on its arlo pro and I've had it for years I've tried it all to get it online I need help please. #arloprooffline

First you have to tell us what you've tried, what you see and any error messages.

 

Generally, what are the base LED(s) showing, including color? Does the camera blink blue briefly when inserting the battery? Have you charged the battery until the camera LED shows a steady blue, indicating full charge? Have you tried connecting the camera when it's plugged in? Have you removed the camera from your account and then briefly pressed the base sync button (don't hold it) followed by pressing the camera sync button?

 

We need all info to help. Of course, it could just be a dead camera.
