Can't regain access to my old account or the email that it was linked to so I created a new account and can't figure things out please help

Can you provide more detail regarding the issue you are experiencing? At what point are you stuck?

I figured it all out but now I can only get one camera to link I sync the other one hear the chime and it still never gets found
