I reduced the window to limit activity notifications but it still keeps telling me there is activity. I also turned off the sound.
does anyone have a problem like this ?

"Window" is a bit confusing. I am thinking you mean "Activity zone" - is that the case?
When you say "turned off the sound", do you mean that you have turned off audio triggers in your camera rules? Do the notifications say "motion?
Have you tried tuning the motion detection threshold? You can use the motion detection test for this. Walk around in the activity zone, and find the smallest threshold that detects you reliably. Then set the threshold in the camera rules to slightly above this threshold.
You might also try removing the battery for 10 seconds or so, and then reinserting it (to reboot the camera).
