Not receiving unique notification sound from my Samsung Phone

When I first got the Arlo Pro I set my unique Notification sound using my Samsung Phone under my Verizon Plan.  I used the 3 dots on the upper right hand corner, selected Settings, Selected Notifications and selected "Harpsicord" as this is sharp and loud.  Then a few months ago it went to the Default notification sound (which verizon uses) and no matter how many special notifications sounds I try it will no longer worked.  It worked for several months but something changed.  Does anyone know what happened and why I can no longer select a special notification?

To my knowledge, the option was move from Arlo FW back to the phone itself... ( due to possible issues )

My S7 still functions with the possible picks on the phone

WHat OS is on the phone? Are you using the latest app? Android 8 and 9 now use the notifications in the phone settings for the app to set the sound. If you have the latest app and choose to set the notification sound, it displays a link to take you to the location where you set the sound.
