Not getting alerts on my Apple 7 phone.  Must be a setting somewhere?

My system is working OK but I am not getting alerts on my Apple 7 phone.  Must be a setting somewhere. Any ideas?

Hi tdhill1,

 

Make sure that you have your cameras on armed to ensure you're receiving notifications. You can also read here to learn more of why you might not receive notifications: Why am I not receiving Arlo notifications on my iOS device?
