Hi,

 

I have been using my Arlo Pro cameras since 12/2017 but when I enter my email in the EOL Offer Form I receive a message that I am not eligible for the EOL offer.  I am interested in either purchasing new products or signing up for the subscription to keep the features I use on my current cameras.

 

How do I enroll in the EOL offer?

Do you meet the eligibility criteria listed on the form?

 

  • Customer must have onboarded an Arlo Pro (VMC4030) or Generation 3 (VMC3030) device before 01/01/2023
  • Offer valid for devices registered in US only
  • Email address used to register your device and set up your Arlo account

Yes I should meet the eligibility criteria.

 

I have an Arlo Pro (VMC4030) that I have been using since 12/2017.  I'm in the US and the email address I entered on the EOL Offer Form is the same I used to set up my Arlo account since 12/2017.
