No motion on all 4 cameras (Arlo Pro)

None of my 4 Arlo Pro cameras pick up motion and doe's not send e-mail notifocations to my phone. It seems to work great when I go live only

Arm the cameras, and then go to the LIVE view screen.... verify that the icon for motion ( running man on web, ball and lines on apps ) is BLACK ( which means motion detect is active ) .
