So we have had the Arlo pro up and running for a few weeks now with no problems. Have two mobiles and an iPad connected. Suddenly today I have no Mode icon on my ph or iPad. Checked partners phone and the access granted is ticked and accepted, nothing changed there. Also of course I can't delete any videos or anything.
I've logged out and back in a few times. Any ideas as to why I do have access anymore?

Access Rights needs to be toggled on within the Grant Access settings on the primary account. Without this, you will be unable to change the mode or delete library content.

Easy thing to try is uninstall and reinstall the app

then reboot the base via the power button
Also check if able on PC at https://arlo.netgear.com/ with browser

Thanks James. Obviously didnt scroll down far enough to see the toggle switch. Not sure how it would have been turned off as it has been fine, but anyway, it is now on. Awesome. Thank you!
