I've only had the Arlo cameras for about 1 week and everything's been going smoothly but now today I'm getting constant notifications Arlo has lost internet connection. When it happens it locks up my phone while trying to open the app and the only way to fix it is to restart my phone. It did it multiple times while I was at work so I logged in on the computer and everything was working fine. I had switched my mode from active to geotracking and that's when it started. I tried switching it back to just active but I'm still getting it. My husband is also getting it on his phone. Any idea why we would get this notification? We've checked our internet and it hasn't gone out at all and all the cords are working.

There's a browser interface at https://arlo.netgear.com - do you see the same issue there? While this is designed for computers, you can also use a mobile browser if you go to the URL and then set the browser to use the desktop version.
BTW, try power cycling the base.

We tried that and it works fine from both my computer browser and my phone browser. From what we can see the system itself is working fine we just keep getting this random notification. It's still active and recording movement. I use it to monitor my child at home and have been watching the live feed the same time I'm getting the notification.

This issue is currently being investigated by the engineering team. I will post an update when I have more information.
