Hello. My amber light comes on the hub. . The camera light turns green, internet light turns green, power turns green. Then goes back to 1 amber light and repeats a few minutes later. The hub will not stay with 3 green lights.  I have tried unplugging and factory reset to no avail. Anyone else deal with this issue. Thanks

Hi,

I’ve experienced a similar issue before, and it sounds like your hub might be having trouble maintaining a stable connection.

First, make sure your internet connection is strong and stable, as a weak signal can cause the amber light issue. Also, check if your hub’s firmware is up to date by looking through the app or web portal sometimes an update can resolve these types of problems.

Hope! it helpful for you

I wonder if you may have a faulty power adapter. I had to replace one on my 4000 base a while ago, just a thought.

Are you saying that the power LED is going back to amber?

If so, it sounds like the hub is rebooting over and over.  That could be a failed base, but it could also be a failed power adapter.  So maybe do a risk-buy of a compatible replacement power adapter.

The amber light indicates a connection issue. Check your internet, cables, and restart your modem/router. Ensure the hub is updated and positioned close to the router. If the issue persists, contact the manufacturer for support.
