I just logged into my account as I had noticed that I wasn't receiving any notifications, which has been for a little while..
To my surprise, there was a pop up asking me to try a paid subscription for free..
The biggest shock is that there is NO CLOUD STORAGE...
It's all gone?
WTAF ???????
I have bought a few systems, and paid BIG DOLLARS, on the pretence that there was 7 day free cloud storage.
I was under the impression that this was always going to be free..
If you have sucked me and others into spending many thousands for these security systems, only to sucker people into having to pay to use them as well, you are going to have a load of trouble from me.....

  1. What cameras do you have?
  2. How many cameras do you have?

Ultra, Pro3 cameras and the video doorbell do require a paid subscription for cloud storage.  That is printed on the box (among other places).  They do come with a trial subscription, and perhaps that just expired?

Pro, Pro2 and other older cameras do have 7 days of free cloud storage.  There is a limit of 5 cameras per account in order to get that.
