No audio when watching live-feed or recorded feed of my camera

When I watch the live-feed and the recorded feed of my camera, all of a sudden there is no audio. I can talk into the microphone but I am not able to hear anything when I watch the video

Unless it has changed since I last tested....

The user side of the conversation is not recorded in the video, only the person speaking on the outside is when the user isn't talking

Yes, when I played the recorded video or when I am watching it live there used to be sound. I could hear the wind comes or my dogs barking, if people are talking but I don’t have any sound now and the speaker icon is on.

Have you tried testing to see if the audio works when on the Arlo mobile app and on the web client on your computer?
