No Button With "Arlo Pro" In Account!

Hello,

 

I click to "New to Arlo?" and i dont see button with text "Arlo Pro". What the problem? How can i use my camera if i can't add it to my account?

If you're truly setting the system up new, first you have to claim the base station. Once that's done, use the Arlo Wirefree selection - any model of the wirefree cameras use the same process.  Actually, you don't even have to use that - just briefly press the base sync button (don't hold it) and then press the sync button on a camera. That will sync it with no problem.

Once you open an account and log in , use ADD DEVICE to add a camera

I can’t, no “Arlo Pro”, I attached photo.

OK... someone dropped the ball....

 

Just quickly press the base sync button and then a quick press on the camera...

Base led for cam should blink, camera will blink slow blue then fast blue is it syncs.

 

Camera should appear on the app/pc prgm ( the add just gives directions )

Let me know how it turns out
