No Audio in recordings from Arlo Pro camera

The recordings from one of my camera does not capture audio. Even with Live View I cannot hear anything. Am I missing a setting ?

The issue was with the device, I ended up swapping it.

Check Settings, My Devices, your camera, Audio settings.  Make sure things are enabled.  Save any changes.

 

If no help, power cycle the base.  If still nothing, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it.

There is a mic and speaker on/off setting  ( in settings ) for the pro , also level adjustment

 

One thing in the past I noticed was during recording, Only the one way conversation was recorded, ( not out going ) ...not sure if that bug was fixed.

Thank you , I checked the settings on the device and it has mic on , speaker on and volume at 97%.

The event is captured by another camera with the same field of vision and I can hear the audio there ( car engine noise) , settings for both camera are exactly the same

Power cycle the base, remove the camera and resync.  If no help, open a case with support.
