Night Vision Not Functioning Properly

My Alro Pro is not capturing all of my night vision.  The camera seems to function until around 9pm and does not record again until around 6am, when the school bus picks up the neighbor's kids.  My daughter leaves home at 5am for work and it does not capture her leaving home, nor does it capture me leaving home for work.  It will capture us leaving home during daylight hours. Once day hits it appears to capture all movement.  It captures my daughter and myself returning home from work but it is daylight.  I wouldn't think it has anything to do with the angle of the camera if it captures during daylight hours.  Yes, my night vision is on.  I started having this problem a couple of weeks ago.  Before it would record us leaving and returning home.  Any thoughts concerning this matter would be appreciated.  THANKS Arlo Community!  Also, I have reset my cameras by resetting the "base" multiple times.

Go into your modes and check to see if you have the schedule box checked instead of armed.

That's not it. Checked and the camera is armed. Thanks for the suggestion. This is so frustrating. Any other ideas.

Edit your rules and turn all motion sensitivities up to 100. Make sure you save the change, which is sometimes found by going back a page. Chances are, this will trigger off too often and each time you get a false alert within say 30 minutes of a previous one, turn down the motion sensitivity by 1. Do this til you get motion detection of everything you want and minimal false alerts
