New house but Hub is not connecting. 3 green lights are fully flit but not blinkin.

In a new house w/strong internet but hub is not connecting. I reinstalled the app. I unplugged everything and reinstalled exactly as the manual stated. I see the 3 green lights fully lit and NOT blinking which makes me think it would connect. Im within 3 feet of the hub and cameras. Im going in my app and trying to add new device but its not detecting the hub. Why is this? I've tried so many times and even uninstalled/reinstalled the current app version. Can anyone help me? I've read the troubleshoot issues over and over and not figuring it out. I've attempted the reset twice.

The color of the LEDs may make a difference - all 3 should be green. If so, it sounds like a reset of the base would help - hold the reset button for >10 seconds until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot (~2 minutes) to green power and internet - Camera may be off or amber. Try again.
