New app is missing 1 camera on granted access account

Since downloading the new app, my wife's phone doesn't show one of our cameras. They all show up on my phone. I have reset system, tried installing a new camera,on her phone. Deleted her access, sent new request for access. Nothing is working. Any suggestions?

Is that camer select in her settings in Settings, Grant Access?
