New User Can't See All Cameras On App

Just got the 4 camera and ethernet base bundle brand new and I was able to set up all of the cameras just fine, however, when I try to view one of the cameras on the app it just connects indefinitely. The other 3 connect for a few seconds then show video, but the last one just shows a white screen that's connecting.

Tried removing the camera from the network and adding it again, tried closing/opening the app, removed/inserted batteries, etc

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just tried on PC and the device is failing to connect. However, both the PC and the app show that the device is connected to the base station and every other camera is working fine
