I cannot seem to get any of my cameras to record any videos or even live stream since signing up to new subscription (After being on free service for years). Can anyone help?

The first step is to reboot the phone and reinstall the app to ensure that part is correct. Are you still using Library to view recordings or the new Feed?

There seems to be an outage today is Arlo aware of this? I have been on hold with support for over an hour @jguerdat

Yes, this is a scam to buy new cameras! I just waited over 3 hours on the phone waiting for a call back. The tech was helpful. As I had to wait, I deleted my cameras to re-add them to see if that would help.
The tech told me, since it was deleted, that "Arlo CAN'T add them again!" They are no longer compatible. Complete BS! I asked for a discount since I have to buy new ones, and they wouldn't even afford that.
This company is terrible, service takes days and no online help stating do not remove these as we you will have to buy new ones.
I will be switching to ring!

Wrong info from the tech. There is no incompatibility, just end of life (EOL) which means no firmware updates and support. Have you actually tried to reinstall them?

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
