Plugged it in, battery still at 1% after days, plugged un-plugged, tried different outlet, tried plugging it into my computer,???

Charger was bad.  I bought a second camera with a good charger, swapped it out then returned it.

Sometimes it will charge but the charge indicator won't update. Remove the battery and put it back in and check the battery level again

Having same issues and Netgear is unable to resolve for me. What did everyone else do?

Is the camera defective?  Battery defective? Whole product defective?
