New Arlo Pro Base Station No Internet/No reset

I am installing a new Pro base station VMB4000. The power led remains orange and the camera led remains solid green though no cameras are yet synced. The internet led is off though connected to the router and I tried multiple other functioning sources.

It does not respond to reset and leds remain as above.

Any thoughts?

TBMK, the power led is only Amber during boot up or failure

Try a rest of the base( hold in reset for ten secs till all LEDs flash) and see if that fixes it

if not the base may be defective
