New required app update is absolutely horrible it deleted all my schedules, its totally wonky when it was supposed to simplify things it has made an absolute mess. In addition I can see cameras that were shared, some cant livestream now ...I have over 20 cameras....soooo disappointing and totally unnecessary. I am thinking about starting a class action suit I am so beyond angry. Also there EOL policy is just a grab at making us buy more products. they should be able to be used until they die.

 

I dint even know why I am wasting my time

We can help with the scheduling if are needing to get them set up correctly again. On the cameras that are not live-streaming is the authorized user on the same user interface as you? If not that could be the reason that they are not showing.

The new upgrade Arlo app is way too confusing.  I can’t stand it is there a way to go back to the original app?  I lower the audio setting and still picks up the Gardner across the street when the original app never did. The new upgrade app is killing my camera batteries constantly going off.  Please bring the original app back

I am mystified over the Schedule function.  I am thinking about migrating to Eufy camera system. 
This new Arlo App upgrade is just unfriendly.

Who released this upgrade?

Did they even test it outside of their lab? 
My experience in building interfaces as an IT developer could not help me to decipher the scheduler functionality.  

Was the intention of the new version to improve sales?

@StephenB, are you saying each time I need to change my schedule I have to ask you? 

The instructions should not be a proprietary document hidden from the product users. I have been using Arlo Pro camera for over a decade and was never been so disappointed until now.

It's easier to explain how it works if I start with something concrete.

I don't work for Arlo, and I don't have any secret instructions.  I'm just ahead of you since I've been on the new interface for quite a while now.
