Download new app as recommended and won’t let me on it. Continues to say system problems at this time. As said that for over a week and tomorrow is cutoff time. Any known fix or recommendations please?

I have a few questions for you:

 

What Device/Phone/Model/OS are you using?

 

What version is the app you downloaded? You can check this by going to (Settings > About > Version)

 

Have you tried to remove & re-install the app?
